Bruce Rauner wins IL governor’s race by 5% with 98% of vote counted, but Gov. Quinn won’t concede

Democratic Gov. Pat Quinn of Illinois reportedly was down 5 points at the end of the night.  With 98 percent of Illinois’ precincts reporting, Republican challenger Bruce Rauner had 51 percent of the vote to Gov. Quinn’s 46 percent, said the Associated Press. continue
